The ground rules for using Yudira's website and products.
By accessing or using yudira.buzz or any Yudira product, including LifeOS and LifeOS Kids (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Yudira builds AI-native products, including LifeOS (a personal operating system for everyday life) and LifeOS Kids (an AI learning companion for students). Some products are in active development and may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time as we improve them.
Some Services require an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. For LifeOS Kids, accounts for minors are expected to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian.
Certain products or tiers may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; access typically continues through the end of the current billing period.
Yudira retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our software, branding, and content. You retain ownership of the data you provide (such as calendar or task information); we use it only to operate and improve the Services on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is." AI-generated suggestions, reminders, and content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — use your own judgment for anything time-sensitive or high-stakes (for example, always verify traffic or scheduling alerts before relying on them for critical commitments).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yudira is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, or if we discontinue a product, with reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms as our Services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
